    • Decree No. 2017-694 - Decree of May 2, 2017 relating to the protection of workers working on rail or guided transport and rack railway systems or contributing to their operation

      • This decree, known as the "SECUFER Decree", specifies measures likely to ensure the health and safety of workers with regard to the specific risks generated by activities, particularly railway activities, such as:

        - risks linked to traffic (impact, collision, blast, etc.);
        - electrical risks;
        - risks linked to technical and railway safety installations.

        It came into force on January 1, 2018.
